Technical Info
POWERED BY TITANIUM
Constructed of extra thin and strong aluminum alloy, providing perfect dampening characteristics. The titanium setup makes the ski agile and dynamic, especially friends of a hard, fast, and aggressive riding style benefit from the quick response of this construction.
WORLD CUP WOOD CORE
Volkl uses a unique mixture of 50% ash and 50% poplar wood for the Worldcup Woodcore to offer the best combination for optimal ski flex. The ash acts like a restoring force, as the long fibers stretch when the ski initiates the turn and contract again at the end of the turn. This makes the ski stronger and more stable on the slopes. The poplar layers offer optimum weight-to-strength balance.
TIP ROCKER
An early-rise tip design for racing. Combining an early-rise tip and a classic camber profile provides easy, smooth turn initiation regardless of conditions. The ski is forgiving and easy to handle
RACE FINISH
World Cup skis come with special edge angles for better grip in fast and tight turns.
Zebra Base Structure
The Zebra pattern is a more aggressive base structure to offer the best possible precision & steering characteristics for the front of the skis.
